How the shit are the braces $1800. I was expecting like $500 for engine and maybe $400 for interior MAX. Blitz is literally $250 and cusco interior is similar. Who the hell would spend $2k on 3 braces....

I guess there is always someone lol. I might just pick up the engine braces if they are $500-700 for the pair. $1k for a harness bar seems pointless in my opinon without the added protection and stiffness of a full cage

I don't think the "harness bar" is actually meant to be a harness bar. It seems like just a brace. Since the carbon weave is all running perpendicular to the front of the car that makes me think all the strength is in that direction. The bar would be a whole lot weaker from force perpendicular to the length of it. In that pic the harness isn't even wrapped around the bar but somewhere in the trunk???

Definitely looks awesome and I'd kill for one but not for that price I bet you could order carbon tubes, a certain adhesive, and get some splitter rods and fab up some sort of faux HKS bar

I just ordered one of these for my car from Hochman Fabrication and Speed:




Ben is a nice dude. He said they would send me pics as it's being built. They will powder coat it pretty much any color before they ship it, for an extra cost. There's about a 4 week lead time due to them being made to order.
