I spent a long time on various forums over the years with various different vehicles, thought it was only right to start a thread covering the new one.

I was torn between a 2021 Ford Mustang Mach 1 and the Supra GTS, being in Western Australia it seems every man and his dog is rolling around in a Mustang, 5 that I know of at work. Now not normally a problem, however it did sway me towards something different. Took a few cars out to test drive and felt that the Supra was just right, has the potential to tweak and was always going to be modified.

So picked up a "Silverstone yellow'' gts on the 26th October and promptly got a speeding fine on the drive home...

Spent two weeks driving it and getting to know the car, then this week I bought a decat downpipe and BM3.

So begins the slide down the rabbit hole of mods (when funds allow.. haha)

Welcome, and watch out for those speeding tickets. This car catches cops eyes more than some others that i've owned.

Haha, I’m glad I went with the Supra, just feels more premium as well.

Picked up a USB-C to Ethernet adapter and got BM3 set up. Waiting to install the down pipe before I flash the map. So just tweaked a few settings in sport and turned off active sound. Then flashed the base map with the changes.

Looking good! ? Gonna get an intake?
Yeah have a whole load more to order, just a matter of time. Expensive time of year for a bloke with 4 kids!o_O

Gotta build the shed early next year, then can go to town on the car.

intake/exhaust/lowered/wheels/carbon etc.

At the moment I’m just enjoying turning liquified dinosaurs into loud noises and gas.

Amazing the reception the car gets everywhere.

Haha totally understand, have 2 kids under 4 myself and an extra 2 would be hectic surely. MST is a good intake if you're looking around, available locally from Golebys

Managed to scrounge a few dollars together and had a punt ordering one of these:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/293684445198

Should arrive on Friday.

Now waiting to get a set of lowering springs and spacers for the OEM alloys for now.

Intake and exhaust hopefully in July.

Ooo, Do post photos of the rear lip, Great color choice btw! do AUS cars have the OPF fitted? I heard in one videos that you got some burbles, was that because you put them on through BM3, or did it have stock overrun.

Will do.

Yellows clearly the best colour!

Not sure what OPF is? In sport mode, stock tune etc, you get burbles, bootmod3 just takes it to another level with the decat.

OPF filter, or GPF, the gasoline particulate filter, like a secondary cat, I know the EU cars have them. but if you get overrun stock, then it prob does not have it.

My punt on a eBay rear spoiler turned into a win.

Picked it up from the depot today, packaged well and no damage.

Cleaned the car and then installed, was fiddly with the 3m tape but managed to get it central and lined up.

Need to take the rear “Toyota” badge off, makes the rear look a bit crap.

Next up spacers and springs.
