Outside mirror part number/replacement

Hi friends,

I found the OEM parts from Toyota for around $350, but all I really need seems to just be this arm (circled in blue).

What do you guys think my best option would be here? Is the side mirror replacement relatively simple?

I would think it would be easier to purchase the mirror as a whole unit and swap it out. Even if that means buying a like new used one. This would make for an easier swap.

Appears to be attached by 3 bolts and a harness plug.
