So, had my first passenger today and they went to roll the window down and no dice. The driver side controls operate it, but never got the passenger side to work. I had this issue in my 16’ Tundra and they hadn’t initialized the switch. I’m hoping that’s the same for this. I’ll update after taking it in for service.

Update - I had to leave the car with the dealer. They tried the programming sequence from the driver side and it had no effect on the passenger switch.

Case closed! The switch was unplugged . I'm thankful it was something that simple.

This is happening with mine. Mind if I ask what had to be plugged back in?

The switch was not plugged in at all. It somehow got past QC at the plant and the delivery check at the dealer. Once plugged in it worked.
