I don’t know if it’s the right size specifications but there’s tons of stuff like this on Etsy for other Toyota cars. Some of these folks are often willing to do custom jobs if you reach out and ask them.

According to a dealer that is selling OEM parts on ebay, front and back measure 4.5" x 3.0"
You'll find enough Toyota chrom replacement badges in that size without the black backing. You just need to paint/dip them.
