Service Plan, did you take it?

'21 Supra 3.0 Premium, '17 Abarth 124 Spider
Dealer offered the 4 year service plan for $1600. Claimed it was the same as the rest of the lineup.
I normally decline every "extra" and did so by default. I'm considering if it makes sense now because I assume services on this might be a bit higher than your typical Corolla.
Anyone else do the math yet or take it?

I recently read that most people who buy them donā€™t actually use them. The dealer makes money selling them. Iā€™ve had many Toyotas and none of them have ever needed major repairs.

Donā€™t get it, not worth it at all. You have 2 years of free oil changes if you chose to have them do it. All the service plans cover is routine items you can do yourself.

Here are the service intervals. As can see most of it is inspection to 48 months or 40k miles.
