Car is on the calendar for 7/18. Should have all the hot parts ceramic coated by then. The powder coater has been backed up with work and it's taken a while to get everything back.

We're also waiting on some 2 small items for the kit from Titan Motorsport. I also grabbed a turbo blanket. The kit didn't come with one.

There will be some modification needed to get the charge pipe to work with the EOS Manifold.

All the injectors, fuel pump and ReFlex will be hooked up as well.

I'm still not sure how tuning is going to go. I want to have changeable maps, but we need to see if this ECU will allow us to do it. If now I guess i will have to use a boost controller.

After that I'm slapping Nitto 555G2 265/35 20 on the front and 555 R II 305/30 20 on the rear.
You don't need changeable maps. Just a good flex tune and seat time.

I'll talk to Matt about it on Monday. I wanted maps just to keep me from killing myself.

Needs one more thing. ;)

I will have to wait for my year end bonus before pulling the trigger on the next step. Total costs for the body kit + wheels/tires + paint/labor is looking to be like $40,000 😭

Front page updated with future plans, parts that are removed and installed. Tuning to take place next week.

Progression.. The turbo kit is almost completely installed. Got the charge pipe powder coated. BOV installs under the charge pipe. This car is going to sound either annoying, beautiful, or both.

Matt and Kim at Insomnia Motorsports just killing it.

How much $ do you have in this build? It's impressive.
I'd guess a bit over the original cost of the car... possibly well over. At this rate it will easily be ~$130K all-in when he's "finished" (if that ever happens), not including all his labor. It's definitely a thing of beauty though.

Drove the car today. It's only on a 93 tune @ 20 psi and no trans tune yet. It is not the same vehicle. It sounds super visceral now. The sensation of speed and g-force is intoxicating. It's not even properly tuned yet. The B58 is legendary.

We've got to mod the engine cover slightly to fit over the hose going to the new catch cans.

Strut bars no longer fit. If anyone knows of an alternative for top mount turbos that would be much appreciated. I may have to do something custom.

Any new pictures? I'm curious about you catch can setup.
The dual catch can setup has a vent filter and is at the very front of the car tucked under the frame. It also has a guard that blocking the cans from view. I was in a rush to get back home and it was night time so this is a horrendous picture. When I get the car back on Saturday I'll take a video or something to show it off a little better.
