$43,570!? I can work with that for sure! I'm assuming that'd be for the base 2.0 though.

Man you can really option these bad boys up. Even without the Nav/Audio it's still 54k-ish for something with performance options and some cool headlights (which really should be standard).

Hey guys, long time lurker. Specifically was looking for this thread.

I have a huge issue if the MKV only has 335 hp and is over 50k USD. If that's the case, I'll buy an M2.

This needs to be the 370z replacement in terms of dollars. Anywhere from 30k - 40k with a 43-45k Super Version.

Anything more and you start running into a different class of car in not only horsepower but performance as well. Plus not too many Americans will be wow'ed anymore by low 300's horsepower rating, it's almost literally the first thing anyone asks you when you buy a new car.

I agree 100%. But for some reason I don't think it'll be that cheap :(

It's probably because those things are standard on an RCF, just not the lower trim. Guarantee you most people who buy the RC either want the F or don't care and LEASE an RC when spec out for lease, it's actually not that bad I think. it's gear towards that type of crowd not us... That's what Supra is for ; )

If you look at the truecar value of a base rc350 f sport you are looking at 47k minus 3k from msrp based on the truecar value.

People are too easily wowed by horsepower, give them a taste of a car with immediate torque, phenomenal handling and power and all is forgotten. combine this with toyota reliability, you have a car to keep, not a car to lease.

This is a car created and tested by Japan, I think the market would beneift over there more than here where it's a bunch of dick swinging old heads who focus on power and nothing else.
