The dash sketch has a divider and a fighter jet cockpit layout similar to the FT-1 concept. I wonder how accurate that drawing is. Man, Toyota fucked up.

no they did not. when will you understand there is a price to what you want. 169,000 to 60,000. That is 109, 000 price difference.

"On 10 February 2014, Toyota submitted an application to the United States Patent and Trademark Office to renew the Supra trademark. Toyota did say if the Toyota Ft1 Supra is approved from production to expect a price tag of around US$60,000"

Did you forget that the FT-1 was targeted in the 60K range...

No shit but my point is that the Zora took some styling cues from the FT-1's interior but Toyota didn't.

Some interesting stuff. I could see $170k for a vette if it's an evolution of what now sits in the line up as the ZR-1. Maybe. But if there isn't a vette for (well) under $100k, I think they will fail in the showroom. At around $80k, it could work even if there is no real progression beyond the current LT1 (or is it LT-1- damn it, GM, do we REALLY have to keep reviving 50 year old engine designations??), which I consider unlikely.

On a completely different note (he he, get it?), does anybody else think that video of the vette doing hot laps sounds like a 180 degree motor? It did NOT sound like any 90 degree V8 I've ever heard. This could get interesting indeed...
