From the 8 years I worked as an MDT for Toyota, I will tell you that they take these claims of unintended acceleration very seriously. You should have been given a sheet of questions to answer about the incident. The dealer has to make a case with TAS, and since your car was indeed crashed they will not be touching it. Toyota will be sending a specialist down that will be looking at all the event data recorder files, and will be performing vehicle inspections and sensor sweeps. You better have your story straight and be ready, because in many instances I have seen it was not the cars fault. Not saying any of this is your fault yet, but they have ALOT of data being recorded so people cannot try to pull a fast one on them. Good luck with it, hopefully it really wasn't your fault and something shows that. Luckily you are OK.

Wow! For the past decade Toyota has been riddled with unintended acceleration lawsuits and many settlements.
Quick Google shows some BMW unintended acceleration, but not much. Did Toyota carry over the problems about Toyota over to Supra, lol?
Wish you all the best in hopefully getting a new car soon! Glad you're OK.
