Tire size on aftermarket wheels.

Thinking about getting a track set of Apex wheels. Would 275/35/19, 305/35/19 tire size work with 9.5/11” wheel setup on stock suspension? I’d like to run 35 sidewall so the wheel gaps aren’t so large, especially since I want to keep stock height. I have 10 & 13mm spacers if it would be needed. My head is swirling from all the tire size options! Thanks!
