Torque specs??

I've seen a few people answer questions relating to the torque specs for various bolts/screws on the Supra. Where are you getting this info from? One person said the "Service Manual". Is there a manual that is different than the "Owner's Manual" that comes with the car? Does it list the specs for all nuts/bolts/screws on the car? Would be great.
