Just wondering if the car was supposed to come with an owners manual and service booklet?

Yes, should have those. If you've just bought it new, they may be sent out to you. Best to check with the salesperson.

Dealer is telling me that they only do the online version from Toyota's website and same for the servicing book.
I have bought a new car in from stock that was located at another dealer and I think they may have lost the manual.

Thanks for the pictures,
Had a response from Toyota UK as well. Apparently they no longer provide a hard copy due to the environmental reasons however you can still request a hard copy through the dealer.

I should of definitely received the owners service book though from what they said!
