Weirdest noise ever

Hey guys the car started making a weird noise almost sounds as if it’s the horn but it’s not especially when my rib hits around 4000 RPM
The car is equipped with an upgraded turbo Afe catless down pipe and Ets exhaust

Any idea what that could be

It’s not, because it just started making the noise yesterday

This may seem stupid.... but is it possible it could be the brakes? I know if my car gets condensation on the brakes and sits a bit my brakes sound like a horn but only when going slow for me
