I happened to try a few solutions out there, will share my thoughts and would like to hear from others.

1. First ones I tried were these no name ones.
Pros: they fit amazingly well, color matches perfectly, build quality is great too.
Cons: they help only up to about 60 mph which is definitely not enough. The lack of lip that's sticking out is the problem.
My verdict: don't buy.

2. Next were the famous ones from Hypersonic.

Pros: price.
Cons: overall looks, plus if you order now all 4 pieces will have a logo. Some also say in this post they are only good to about 60 mph.
My verdict: don't buy. I didn't want to remove a logo (will probably affect glossiness) so I didn't even try using them, but they should actually help as many of the youtubers confirm.

3. Next are the AMS ones.

Pros: they work and they do at pretty much any speed. No whistling or anything like that.
Cons: price, how it fits, the tape inside was not well aligned as if someone didn't really care - had to redo it.
My verdict: buy.

I am not 100% satisfied with how they fit — there is a piece that sticks out. I tried to reapply them couple of times and actually cracked the the left on a little bit. It almost feels like the two pieces I got were not identical (or the mirror bases on the supra are not) because one side sits better than the other. Also, I feel like the tape and it's thickness has not really been taken into account when there were designed. The tape that was factory applied was sticking out, had to redo it myself which was no fun.

4. Ordered these because you know... We're all out of our minds here a little. They look like a combination of two versions above. Will report once I get those from China.

UPDATED May 23, 2022

The ones from ebay (China) arrived like 3 business days later with DHL, which is insane.

Pros: they work well and look great, tested up to 100 mph. The build quality is perfect and the color matches very well.
Cons: I still think this is a bit pricey for such piece of plastic, but comparing to all other options it's good.
My verdict: buy.

This is a definite winner for me. Came with the tape aside, which I think is the best way - to apply it yourself.
Glad I'm done with this time-and-money-wasting research.

Not true.
Ordered these 2 days ago and got 4. Two with logos, two without.

The AMS ones added a bunch of wind noise with the windows up for me, but they do work with totally canceling out the buffeting.
Interesting. I have no window-up noise from them

Aren’t the AWE’s supposed to get the buffering fixed 100%? Haven’t bought them myself though, I have those cheap Amazon’s hypersonic and they are good for like 40mph after they you get buffering but less with them.

I don’t know about 100% only because I haven’t gotten to our top speed. But I can say they at least work to 100mph. However they are not a perfect match to the piano black style on the side mirror. But that doesn’t bother me since my tympanic membranes aren’t trying to leap out of my ears anymore.

I was thinking about buying one and wrapping it with gloss black wrap to match it up.

I had this issue after I first installed them, but then I reinstalled and made this top piece stick out less. This helped to reduce noise I think. Also, did you add the tape on the bottom piece? I did and extended the tape on the longest side. It can all affect the noise level.

Saw these, but they didn't look promising. Didn't like this part:

They are only good to about 60mph anyways, i switched to the AWE and while not a perfect match in finish they do work up to 100+
Updated my post to mention it. Thanks.
AWE - yeah, even on their own pictures it looks like the color is not ideal. Another reason I didn't get to try those.

That’ll work. Seems easier than my thought of spray painting, sanding, polishing.
