If the rotors aren’t significantly worn & driving in town, I’d keep driving on them. Look for the nanny (TC or VCS) dash light in the upper right corner. It will flash on & off quickly. You should see it in your peripheral field of vision. If that is happening under normal driving conditions, something is wrong. If you’re driving on winding roads and it comes on, that‘s normal. Click that nanny button just once. That‘ll stop those rear brakes from grabbing all the time. It’s incredibly over aggressive imo.Comparing my 25k miles rear pads with new ones...

In my opinion , the pads seems to be worn out. But I don't know why it happened with so few miles taking in mind that the front brake pads and tires are ok...
