  1. SPL front lower control arm clearance issue

Wish I read all of this before purchasing... Anyone know if the new bolt clears 17s inch wheels ? I just received a set of LCA directly from SPL so assume it's the new bolts. I'm lowered and reason for change was to remove some camber, But need to know if 17s fit to run front skinnies...

  6. What stud conversion kit does everyone use?

FCP Euro still the way to go ? The lifetime guarantee is not a factor for me as I am in South Africa so shipping to / from all the time would be a costly exercise.
  7. 2020 2 port Hybrid EOS build

i've seen that yes, there's probably some cars at 550-600whp that would have had engine failure too, it can happen at any time and any power figure.
  8. Advice - Meth or Ethanol

we in South Africa also dont have methanol pumps and have to buy in drums and store them. First price would be flex fuel sensor and run up to E50 on stock fuel system, that should get you to over 500whp. Ecutek and Bootmod both support Flexfuel now. The meth would be nice for added cooling...

  11. 2020 2 port Hybrid EOS build

We have 95 octane from our pumps that we run and it's just about 530whp. Have not worried too much about a pump fuel map as it's not a daily and would most likely always be on E.
  12. 2020 2 port Hybrid EOS build

End of the day we all know the risks involved as soon as you start modifying a car, I'm not that guy that will start blaming the tuner etc if something goes wrong. Been around the modified car scene for long enough to know that "shit happens" And yeah thanks, like I said for now she is...
  13. 2020 2 port Hybrid EOS build

Would probably stick with the 2 port, Not easy to get 6 port heads in my country and they just cost too much.
  14. 2020 2 port Hybrid EOS build

We are safe for now, not a daily car and nitrous only at the track. So at the 730whp mark it's perfectly fine. Rods and pistons to follow soon, If it blows up before that, then it's a new block and build and we will go top mount 6870 with some spray. But there's plenty running 850-900whp on...
  15. 2020 2 port Hybrid EOS build

We just need to clean up the nitrous tune a bit and get the controller set up a 100%

  17. 2020 2 port Hybrid EOS build

Thought I'd start something as it's been exciting times for me... Own the car for about a year now. Started with the basic Ecutek tune, dp, intake and e40 tune. Just shy of 500whp. My stock turbo then decided to blow the seals, and that sparked the new build. So off the car went for a...
  18. Intake Manifolds

My tuner has a similar issue with a customer's car, but they got to it before it caused damage to the motor. Car was using coolant and they could not figure out what was going on until they removed the manifold. CSF isn't taking any responsibility from what I've been told.
