Oil drops from both side sills?

Hi everyone,

I have suspicious black liquid drops on both sides of the car. I’m fairly sure it’s oil, but could well be a build up of dirt that’s dripped out. Cars pretty filthy atm as it’s winter here. As you can see in pics there’s drops in a row on both sides of where I park my car.

Dirt buildup, or the absolutely incredible amount of protective cavity oil that's sprayed into this platform at the factory. Either way: harmless.

I should probably add, the position it where I park my car and it’s up against a wall and in my space so it’s pretty much where I walkways park

thought as much, seems far too uniform and in the wrong place. Under engine was bone dry. Cheers mate!
