These pics mainly to show the holes left from the dealer plate fitment, (not too bad at all really - certainly no issue on a black car) and the offset plate.

OMG, Thanks chief! Been waiting for ages to see someone reveal the holes (no pun intended).

It's not as bas as I thought, however, I think on a yellow one it will probably stand out a lot more 😪

Do you plan to have it "repaired" so to speak by a bodyshop?

And glad to see you got your square plate quick, looks pretty good 👌

I think I'm just going to live with them TBH, if I ever do some bumper mods I may consider it at that point. They are so hard to spot that unless you're looking for them they don't stand out.

So on the LHD we have the volume controls on the right side of the steering wheel. Your right hand is occupied with the shifter. But it's also needed for volume control.

Petty petty i know but a funny thing to bitch and complain about. You have a free hand for volume controls on the wheel with RHD and you can shift with your left hand 😂

This weekend was the last outing before she goes off to Whifbitz for a bit of a fettling.

Now it's going to get a little bit pic-heavy...

First thing sunday morning was a trip to Wilton House for The Wilton Wake Up - Post 1990s performance icons. It was pouring with rain in Somerset at 06:00 so I didn't leave until gone 07:00 - gates open at 08:00, but you need to be in the queue a long time before that if you want to make it into the courtyard parking area! Still, I had a good spot opposite the main gate on the entry road. :)

Here's how it sounds stationary with the Akrapovic titanium slip on silencer, no other mods. (So OPF and CAT in place etc)

Slightly deeper tone than stock, but no significant increase in volume.



Cold start, including the £3500 of Akrapovic valve rattle:





Warmed up and a little rev:





In fairness the rattle goes as soon as she comes off the cold idle, but I have contacted Akrapovic to ask if it's normal behaviour or not.

Current mods are:

Akrapovic titanium slip on silencer (going to be replaced under warranty as the valve rattles and jams etc)
Akrapovic stainless link pipes
Whifbitz stainless downpipe
MST performance intake kit & turbo inlet
FEMTO unlock
Bootmod3 & stage 2 mapping

Have a cusco harness bar to fit soon that will replace the stupid OEM creak bar too! 😂
