Manufacturers will look for any excuse not to cover warranty work. That aftermarket downpipe is enough.
And why would you go backwards to catless downpipe if you already have a nice catted option and exhaust? Just get a tune (not JB4) which accounts for a high flow cat and call it a day.
Check the clutch options thread too

Seems tempting given the price but the sport option doesn't look like it has much torque additional capacity for a tuned car.
I would just park on some plywood or 1x8 board. With the Supra the low pro blocks should be okay becuase the plastic jack points hang down a bit. But with other cars the side sill or plastic trays will hit the frame of the quickjack before the lift point/pinch weld touches the block.
Barely a difference at high rpm with stock open valve vs. Dinan closed vs. Dinan open. I don't have this exhaust but based on the videos I've seen it should be much louder than stock with the valves open no? Especially given its has no muffler with the valves open.
Borla is way louder outside...
I really hope the Autotuner and MHD+ combo works out.
Car is parked for winter so I'll be lurking for feedback from the early adopters before pulling the trigger in the spring.
Given the first two cars in your profile I would have assumed you don't care about reliability 😅
Never had this happen in the short time I've had the Supra but had it happen to an F-150 every ~10th drive (coincidentally started after a dealer visit). Dealer replaced the digital dash under...
Maybe it's the angle of the photo, but you aren't going to have with much clearance with your existing lip after lowering. I would ditch it for something that doesn't hang down so far. The aftermarket wheels thread should give you a good idea of what you might like for wheels and drop.
