The first 2020 Toyota Supra has just been auctioned off at the Barrett-Jackson Auction in Scottsdale, Arizona and it fetched an incredible winning bid of $2.1 million!!
The vehicle carries VIN number 20201 and feature a matte gray exterior with red mirror caps, a red leather interior and matte black wheels. A carbon-fiber badge on the interior will indicate its status as the first 2020 Supra.
Some SupraMKV members in the UK are being notified by Toyota UK that they will not be getting a Supra Special Edition Launch Model It appears that due to a technical failure with the ordering system, they've taken on more than the 24 order limit for the Supra Special Edition launch.
The result is that the overbooked orders will be switched to a standard 3.0L Pro model. Toyota does try to make amends however by offering up some bonuses. Read on inside...
Toyota has not released a Nurburgring lap time for the new 2020 Supra A90, but when pressed about it, the Supra's chief engineer Tetsuya Tada hinted that it should break be able to break 8 minutes easily -- in the 7:50-7:40 range!

We've just received the full U.S. pricing for the 2020 Toyota Supra which reveals pricing or each trim and also that the six-cylinder will be the only version offered at the outset, with the 4-cylinder model likely to follow after.
This info reveals that the 3.0-liter straight-six cylinder Supra will start at $49,990 MSRP, the 3.0-liter Premium trim will be $53,990 and the pre-order "Launch Edition" will have a price tag of $55,250.
