Active Autowerke Downpipe - Is this a defect, and if it is does it warrant a replacement?

Just got a new downpipe. The CAT cells are bent in a couple of places. I assume it's not supposed to be like this, but don't know if I'm just being overly paranoid or if this would warrant a replacement.

Either contact AA directly or the party that sold it to you. just to make sure, but I doubt its a defect. Still I could be wrong

My understanding is that they all are like that. Totally normal and nothing to worry about. Have seen on many catted downpipes
