In January, Orlando Autonation “committed” to sell at MSRP, then backed out and priced at a $6k markup. I found one at Orlando Toyota, but they told me it would have a $10k markup. That’s when I paid MSRP and shipped from PA.

As good folks here suggested, I could chargeback the $200 deposit. Also, potentially give them the opportunity to avoid a report to USDOT and terrible reviews through a fair settlement. I appreciate the forum input and the opportunity to process this. Thanks.
