Installation was $100. If I replace it, it will be with a ducktail. So it will cover the holes. But either way, shouldnt be too expensive. I have a good panelbeater

I bought a wing and now need to have it installed. It requires drilling holes on the boot lid/trunk. Any ideas how to remove the panels on the inside of the trunk or is there some trick to fitting it? Pic attached.
