Very interested to see where you get to with the oil issue. Looking at a similar setup down here in NZ, need to be on 98 as well - no pump E85. Thankfully a bit cooler ambient temps though :)

Well that escalated quickly, I now have the red '19 that was on trademe for a while. Not sure why as it's got the very trick Ecutek setup and is in exceptional condition. Seen/driven a few and wasn't really sure what to make of red, but in person, wow.. does look something else.

Has anyone put in a MAPerformance exhaust? I've been hunting through threads/googling and can't find a single review. It doesn't help that map is a commonly used term so really hard to find actual pages/posts about the exhaust. For downunder it looks on paper to not upset our testing station...

If anyone's watching this in NZ, has an auto and thinking about selling it I'm in the market, in Nelson. I know there's a red one on TM, but red's not me and a couple of ex/current demonstrators which I'm a bit weary of. Driven both manual/auto, and definitely want an auto - I have a GR Yaris...
