Turned 50 in May of this year. I purchased the Supra for my 50th Bday present to myself. I always wanted a Supra Turbo in the 90s then they were gone. Glad I can finally get one 25 years later.
The Continental DWS 06 is a pretty good all season street tire just need to add 3 to 5 psi more above above factory specs since the side walls are a little softer than a dedicated Summer Tire. If its your daily and not tracked its a grippy street tire in all weather conditions. I have used these...
I got my Supra in May only 3 months ago!!! This recall says Brake assist issue does this mean the car is a high safety risk to drive???? I hope they call me for a loaner as well.
I just did an alignment and oil change with them. Car handles great now. Been going to them for years. Very reliable shop. Also they host track days at NYST
Uniden R7 or Valentine One 2nd generation. These have arrows to tell you where the radar signal is coming from. I had the Valentine one 1st gen and the arrows were a huge help. I have the Uniden R7 and it has been awesome with a lot of programmable options. The R7 has arrows too very helpful.
I would use a power washer to clean the salt and spray Fluid film on a towel and wipe it down. It will keep everything under the car clean and protected. I do this to my FJ Cruiser every spring and fall before and after winter in NJ.
I had a AOS on my old car 17 STI. I tracked it a few times and is usually a weekend car. The Supra for me Is a weekend car with some track days hopefully added in. Thanks for the info?
I did the Full Xpel PPF and Clearplex windshield skin. Happy with the Xpel PPF but the Clearplex might have to be redone due to a line in the Film that's looks like a scratch on my Drivers side. Besides that I like your Build very clean?
At first I thought the stock paddles were awkward. I added Paddle shifter extenders and now I like how this car shifts with the paddles very fun to drive.
