Hi, I just run over something in the road that make my Supra, front left suspension, make a noise, like a Hummm!, when you turn to the right while driving over 50 mhp. Could this damage the wheel bearing hub?

If I eliminate the resonator on my 2.0L Supra, will this trigger the check engine? How much difference will the sound be? Is this an easy task? Thanks for your help on this.
