    Just an update on this, as I came across it and I like to clarify internet posts where I can! Supra Steve's car did this again twice since then... (it's mine now) - have managed to capture the code and it is OPF related, it is resolved by turning the car on and off, but also should be handled...

    Hello from the UK... had it just over a month so far. Have tracked it down on this forum with a previous owner SupraSteve99; 2022, Manual, HKS Hipermax, Milltek downpipe back exhaust (std downpipe), MST intake amongst a few other little tweaks.
