After a year of waiting with no updates I bailed out. I got my deposit refunded and bought something else. To those that actually got one of these unicorns, enjoy it! Maybe I'll get a used manual in a few years.
This article is silly when there are tons of people like me who put down a deposit in '22 for a manual and still can't get one. Here we are getting towards the end of '23 and there is no manual in my garage. If I ever get it, it will be a '24. Go tally up our numbers if you want to get a more...
I put a deposit down in November '22 for a 3.0 manual. I'm on 8 months with no updates. I'm trying to be patient but starting to casually look around at other options.
Thanks for sharing, this is cool. I've been waiting since Nov and I see one is coming in local to me (different dealer) that says "dealer hold" and "presold, false". Anyone know what this means?
This is why I said that I hope what the dealer said is true. I asked specifically about the paint color and he said yes, you can change it. I'm not getting my hopes up too much...time will tell. I mean heck, the color change is just a rumor at this point anyway.
I just talked to my sales rep and I hope the info he gave is correct as it does counter what some of you are saying.
He said that when the dealer gets the notice that the car is going into production, they will let me know and I can change options. Mine is most likely going to be a '24 model so...
Can anyone tell me what happens when you get the notice that your car is being built? Specifically, do you get a chance to change any options before it goes into production?
I have a '23 premium on order in white, but I really want matte white. If my car gets kicked to a '24 model and I can...
Hey just curious, I see you are in Midwest. Do you mind sharing what dealer and when you ordered? I ordered one from Maplewood Toyota (MN) back in Nov and haven't heard anything. I'm just wondering if you're in MN to give me some sort of idea on what to expect.
