Doesn’t even let me choose Supra?

Hey all, read the manual and had some difficulty I don’t have a hand held remote so I’m trying to program directly from my chamberlain unit. I’ve tried multiple different ways and I can’t get it to work. If anyone has found a way without a hand held transmitter, please reply down below thank you!
