I've had a friend book an appointment at a Toyota dealership and when he arrived for his service they told him that he needs to go to a BMW dealership to service it.

dont they have to be serviced at a BMW dealership anyway?

the Clarington Toyota said the car is sold, or maybe they are saying that so people outside of Bowmanville don't purchase it, they told me they want to keep the car local so the customer returns back to them for service and parts. doesn't make sense to me .
