...the car, but needs to be registered (takes 5 seconds). about a month before it's ready. you can't use key fobs from other cars.
ordered via the phone, picked up in person with license and registration as proof of ownership.
i only lost the remote fwiw, not the physical key
if i lost the...
No new battery yet, we didn't even disconnect the current one. I tested the dongle first, and it wasn't showing up on my phone. The car was fully functional, and my other OBDII dongles were working, it's just that specific one (OBDLink CX). I've ordered a different one that will be here...
...that want to log CAN data at 50hz+ (like brake pressure, steering angle, etc) but don't have/want a full AIM or Racecapture setup but have a phone/tablet... We are working on something super cool.
Everything is working, we just need to do a little more testing. After that, expect a full...
I would also disconnect your iphone (if you have one) from apple carplay on the vehicle as well. I did that before plugging in dongle and opening xhp, etc..
...now?
Just wait until ten years from now when the ragged out used ones are 25k and they turn into 350Zs.
I've always said - two types of Supra owner - professionals with disposable income and its their toy - and cell phone kiosk salesmen who use it as a daily and dump their whole check...
I thought you were concerned with running lower rear tyre pressures in the axle tramp thread and the affect it would have on fuel economy and tyre life

...potentially link the 2.
Yeah i think i'm good on the setting front. I think the fact that it's logging 1-3 seconds indicates that there's some kind of interference happening. I've tried restarting etc.. all that. I dunno could be android auto maybe trying to connect to my phone or something.
With the lack of Android Auto, has anyone considered a "permanent" iPhone install vs. one of the Bimmertech MMI devices?
Upsides are not having to switch between the factory system and the Bimmertech addon, retaining touchscreen functionality, and (potentially?) better audio quality by not...
...but I think that might be on the dealer to have to diagnose.
for the HDCP connection, good idea, I'll check to see if there are any other phones paired to the car still. I only have an android so its bluetooth for me right now though.
We had it up on a lift at the dealer and neither the...
Dude, thank you so much! The apps make so much sense, turning off my location services.
Related question: if i turn off sata transmission, i cant track my vehicle location. If my car were to ever get stolen, could insurance deny me bc i got the car tracking discount but i turned off?
This is why you need to opt out of lexisnexis data selling and not use the Toyota app or insurance apps on your phone. At least turn off location tracking and cellular on the app in your phone settings. There are threads about this. They will absolutely use the data against you.
See, that's the beauty of us all being individuals. You do things your way, others do things their way. I pack light as well (typically phone, wallet, keys). But I also don't see the harm in someone trying a squeeze a little more storage space out of the Supra?♂️
...orifices. ;)
I had made some for my prior m3 and 60+ minutes continuous sessions at Calabogie attested to their effectiveness over the years!
Fyi, I added an adapter for the wireless tray in other threads that allows for positioning your phone without a magsafe etc when displaying a dashboard.
...jump start button to activate that feature. However, our Bluetooth app is launching very soon, allowing you to control it directly from your phone without needing to press the physical button. All batteries are currently shipping with Bluetooth built in; we're just awaiting the app's release...
