Keep your tire pressure no more than 25 when cold and you should be fine. Anything more than that and the car become unpredictable.

Keep in mind that was from 40 to 100.

If you it benefits you then I did 5.4 from 40-100 on Map 6 with Meth and E50.

My '21 has D/P, Intake, Charge Pipe, Meth, E50. On Map 6 on JB4 I got 5.4 from 40-100.

with which map on JB4 you used the E85?

Your new rear tire is 26.2 tall comparing to the stock at 26.85 with that and the high tire pressure over 32 expect less traction and more sideways.
