you can’t close the hood with a charger on the -/+ posts, as the one goes up into the hood when it’s closed

When hooking up a float charger should I connect it to the posts in the engine bay or should I hook it up to the actual battery in the trunk.

Finally home. Just in time for winter. Not sure if the software update for the screen brightness/contrast changed this but for everyone saying the radio only turns off when you lock the car, mine turns off as soon as I open the door to get out
