It is different. I was able to move it around enough to get at the horn by supporting it with the brake. It helps that the FE is still new so the hoses are pretty pliable. I did disconnect the piece that held the hose.
I am definitely in the minority.
What I will say is given the ridiculous price increase of modern Porsche's, I've since considered other options and really want Toyota to succeed with their GR program. I want the MR2 to succeed, because then it shows demand for an "entry level" mid-engine platform.
Old but I figured I'd chime in for future visitors of this thread as I just did this little project. The Y connector with that part number was not compatible as the head was a different piece entirely.
