Sorry to hear mate. The Street Hunter wing was the only one I liked the look of but considering the price and the many negative stories I've heard, I'll be staying stock.
Not sure what to make of this.. but upon checking on my order today (she's finally on a boat - Hooray!) my Australian dealer suggested that they are currently unable to place orders for yellow Supras. They're not sure if this is a temporary paint supply issue or perhaps a premonition for a MY24...
So.. I have actual news!
Firstly, the great news is that it looks like my car has magically been built (WTF) and is already on a boat! Estimated delivery is early June.. depending on the ports playing ball, etc.
Also, I got to test drive a manual and well.. it wasn't exactly love at first...
I've been offered a few cars in colours/trims I'm not interested in and yes, for the amount of money I'm putting down, I want what I want - If I wanted a compromise I'd look at a new Type R - Although official wait times here for those are 24 months minimum! As for when mine will be delivered...
My car? Who knows.. waiting on build date still. My spec is pretty unique in that it is a Yellow manual GTS (I think that's equivalent to a US premium?) but with the optional (here) Alcantara seats.
It's been a long wait, but for this part of the world it isn't altogether unusual for these...
His last question seems to suggest he wants to know what can be done without exotic fuels. So if 500whp is not possible with 93 which is what your saying, what can be done with it?
Every time someone asks for 93 only advice, everyone jumps on the methanol bandwagon. What about just 93? Some people literally have no interest in running anything but.. which is incidentally what the OP asked.
