Do you leave your phone on the charging pad? I have an iPhone 14 Pro and I found that if I left it on the charging pad it would get incredibly hot and eventually overheat, the symptoms you describe are almost exactly how it'd behave before overheating.
I started flipping my phone upside down...
I admit that this is louder than I expected, but smartphone cameras have a way of wildly distorting the apparent volume.
What would help is a video in the engine bay. Get the phone close to the grey plastic cover on the side of the throttlebody. Then try to point the phone down lower underneath...
...B48 in the 2.0 Supra) with the new JB4PRO Bluetooth (BT) Adapter and EWG connection. The nice part about the new JB4 Pro adapter is that the phone app can be downloaded for free!
The JB4 is in perfect working condition. Comes in the original box with stickers and keychain included :)

I can't even flash the car with the phone app after the last update. It bricked my ECU. Every time they update their mobile app, something breaks. It's really frustrating.
I can flash with zero issues via laptop and ENET cable so I will just do that from now on.
Agreed. Sometimes, only a load tester will reveal the true nature of an ailing battery. Have seen this once with my own eyes, but I bought a tester right then and there on my phone. One time was enough.
What about using AAIdrive if you have an Android phone?
It should show you nearly all the temps in the main screen.
Or you can use Bimmerlink with an iPhone and Carplay to see every value you wish on your main screen. (have to connect to OBD)
What questions do you have about a P800 turbo that would 150% warrant an actual phone conversation that pulls a person away from what they are doing that can't be answered via email or text? P800 is cookie cutter super simple.
Just curious honestly, because I don't think customers realize how...
I can play videos through Samsung screen mirroring on my phone and turning off the the " disable videos while in motion" setting in bimmercode. I was never able to do it with an iPhone, however I didn't try too hard since I mostly use Android.
...that's made me happy. Late last year was leaving Publix in Atlanta with my buddy and a little boy pops out his mom's minivan window with his phone recording, so I gave him a rev. Was super cute, he was so amped and he was gesturing "again! again". Did it once more for him, after his mom made...
Whenever I’m in my car on a phone call through CarPlay the person I’m on the call with always complains that it sounds like I’m super far away from my phone. Has anybody else had similar complaints? Even when I yell they say it still sounds really bad. Couldn't find a thread talking about this...
Sure thing. With the other display modes the input lag was about 1.5 to 2 seconds. With it on mode 3 its down to around 1 sec.
This is what you think is better? Do you have this installed? Where's the video showing the input lag of Android Auto with this solution? I haven't found one. Or...
Does anyone know of any buyable brackets to put on the right side of the wireless charger to stop the phone from sliding out or does anyone know of a phone holder that doesn't go in the cup holder, airvents, stick on the window, or magnetic garbage?
Thanks guys
Another silly question...how are you flashing the car, with the cell phone BM3 app or a desktop with the ODBII to ethernet cord?
I always have issues when trying to flash with the phone and now always use the desktop application using a laptop.
This is what I use...
I should add that I had this exact problem with my car when I was trying to flash to BM3 for the first time after I had my DME back from Femto, but I was using my phone to perform the flashing.
When I used a laptop with OBD to Ethernet cable I was able to flash with no issues.
