I haven't done the recall and when I logged into the Toyota owners site to log some maintenance, it now says no recall. Did it "expire" or is there another reason the recall went away? Maybe just a site glitch.

Trying to figure out why by battery won't charge beyond 86%. I use the CTEK MUS 4.3 TEST&CHARGE (in AGM mode). Whenever the CTEK indicates full charge, in Bimmerlink it only shows 86% state of charge. Is there a reason it won't charge beyond that? Additional info: Apparently the battery was...
