I'm looking for a bench unlock that works with bootmod3, as i've only heard great things about their software. I'm mostly just trying to gauge pricing and or see if the dealers on the forum have discounts for this service, as they generally offer them for other products.

Bench unlock is for pre June 2020 ECUs. Being that you're past that date the only way to get an unlock is through FEMTO. You have to mail your ECU to them for a full unlock, it's fairly speedy.
