  1. Supra Connect App controls - 2026 Supra Nothing works

The Supra Connect app is pretty terrible, just putting that out there. But that aside, if your car is a 2026 and premium, it should come standard with connected services or at the very least a trial of it. I can't say with 100% certainty but I don't know how much weight I would put on support...
  2. Thoughts on the GR:Corolla ?

I like the daily engagement, so the GR:C didn't bother me in that regard. My biggest 'annoyances' with it, if you can call them that, are that as a passenger, my legs would sometimes hit the dash since it sticks so far out. That and the "avoid unnecessary acceleration due to temperature"...
  3. Thoughts on the GR:Corolla ?

I've driven a few and its just a bit too slow for me. First gear is short enough to give the impression of torque but even at full throttle in 2nd onwards the car just felt like it wasn't going anywhere. I know it handles well, but for a daily I would want something with a bit more power myself.
  4. Thoughts on the GR:Corolla ?

To state the obvious: this is not a thread inviting direct head to head comparisons between the Supra and the GR:C. I've owned both and can honestly say they do great things, but different great things. For those of you out there who had to pick just the Supra or the GR:C to daily, which would...
  5. Anyone have any insight on the Uniclutch?

Granted it seems like one of those "have your cake and eat it too" scenarios, but it has me wondering. I'm not big on following or taking anything a youtuber or influencer says at face value, but motive garage seems to be main lining those things hard. I think they went from the "street" to...
  6. Went from Supra to Gallardo

part of me wants to say they couldn't include a tether on a car that much? But honestly I think every manufacturer is guilty of stupidity or oversight on trivial things.
  7. Keys not being recognised

I'm going to put my money on bad batteries. I've had it happen a few times for various reasons, including on push to start cars I've owned. Get a known battery brand from a reputable supplier. Anything amazon special could likely lead to exactly what you are describing. If you got a poor batch...
  8. What did you do to your Supra today?

This is not the right forum, that would be in the technical discussion area, just for future reference. 'Turbski' ...man that word makes me cringe.
  9. New Car/Supra Owner need advice.

Your first question was more of a statement so I'm not really sure how to answer that one. Just take note that although its a Supra and a Toyota, this car has a heavy german heritage, so if you aren't used to anything on the euro side of the pond, you may find a bit of a culture shock when it...
  10. Been away from the Forums for a few years. Looking for info on trusted vendors/sites that are still active.

If you are looking for something to minimize fumes you are going to want something with a Gesi cat, higher cell count the better. These seem to be spoken of highly. I'm not sure of the particulars on the A90 as my car is still under warranty, but that's generally the direction you want to go...
  11. Went from Supra to Gallardo

While I'm not a fan of Italian sports cars like I mentioned, I can definitely say I would prefer early 2000's offerings compared to what is offered in their lineups today.
  12. 2026 MkV Final Edition with GT4 Style Pack - Canadian Website

Its all subjective, but personally I would keep the 45th. I'm not a fan of white. Even if I was, or it was a different color, I'd probably still keep the 45th over the final. The brakes are enticing, but I just like the cosmetic packaging on the 45th more. The final edition does have some...
  13. 2026 MkV Final Edition with GT4 Style Pack - Canadian Website

My honest take is I'd prefer the 45th anniversary car over the watered down final editions the US/Canada markets received. That Mikan Blast is an awesome color imho. Granted the final edition will likely fetch a higher resale price in the future but if you are planning on actually driving it...
  14. Anyone have experience with ProLube?

I'd be willing to say sure, some oil additives probably do provide some benefit in some applications, but the thing is, with almost anything I suppose, is nuance. It may help in one application, but is it noticeable and cost effective? aka does the juice justify the squeeze? I think you would...
  15. What is this odd knocking noise?

Put the car in neutral and see if the noise goes away; I'm not expecting it to, but something is better than nothing. The car is stationary, so you can reasonably eliminate anything suspension or propulsion related since no load is being placed on the chassis either aside from what the car...
  16. Went from Supra to Gallardo

While I would never spend that much on an italian sports car, let alone one that is 20 years old, this does serve as a decent example: the value we inherently place in cars we love does not necessarily abide by financial or even acceptable logic at times. This guy wanted a 20 year old Italian...
  17. Anyone in Europe or Japan able to source part numbers?

One of the first places I checked, its probably going to have to be done through toyota, unfortunately. Do dealers have an EPC on their website over there in the EU? I basically just need someone able to read the language (my german is pretty poor) to see if its in the EPC yet, or if theres a...
  18. DSC/VSC issues?

3.0, same as before, got kinda lucky that another one came in just like it with better conditions.
  19. 2025 6MT - numerous bimmerlink errors. Am I making a $63,000 mistake?

Yeah the sales guy was like "take the cheaper one with the two keys and fresh tires and low miles and save a grand while doing it." Their algorithm decides all of that, and I guess it just happened to work in my favor on that one. I am not complaining whatsoever.
  20. Anyone in Europe or Japan able to source part numbers?

If you want to check the part number by all means. I could be wrong here, but I *think* the standard part number for the silver trim that you mentioned ends in 01. So if what you're saying holds true (and if you bought a black one, that would track) and the black one is 02. Edit: I plugged...
