Do all of the sensors have to be plugged in to connect to the bluetooth connect kit or only the obd?

my jb4 isn’t connecting to Bluetooth, I thought it might be because I have a led steering wheel but I’ve tried to delete jb4 mobile and reinstall and even tried it on another device

Is it possible to have an operating led steering wheel and jb4 at the same time?
