Yeah you need to remove both of those panels. For the top piece it was the pink clips that are super loose and the bottom piece you need to lay a sound proofing mat on the metal like Dynamat.

Everyone complains about the price on the Eventuri but the reason I felt it was worth it is because of all the proven testing. Im sure others do but the Eventuri is 100% an upgrade.

Same, I live in VA and it’s everywhere. In WV when I visit family I have to find specific gas stations that sell 93 which can be tricky sometimes. I guess there are some states that don’t have it at all too. Toyota knew this tho and that’s why you can gain decent power with just a 93 tune...
