I got a shop to do it for me, so can't comment too deeply on the specifics. But the first part of the insert (5-5452A) is cut open so you could theoretically slide it on while the mount is still in place, but the upper section (5-5452B) is a single piece which has to slide over the top metal...
Finally the Powerflex engine mount inserts + trans mounts have been installed, so I'm going to post my journey below for the one person googling "GR supra trans mounts" in 5 years from now haha. TLDR: Powerflex inserts are great, Verus motor mounts ruin D mode driving due to bad NVH.

I just got the 70A installed and the NVH is horrible around 1500rpm as discussed by others. I did them along with the Torque Solutions trans mounts, which I've now removed too in hopes that it fixed the bad cruising NVH (spoiler: it didn't...).
The added feeling is good, but honestly I thought...
Love it or hate it... I installed underglow LEDs on my Supra. Cheap eBay kit turned out way better than I expected
Unfortunately down here it's illegal to drive with it on so it'll be for track, meets and the occasional photoshoot only.

Got my wheels painted in satin black  Always loved the look of the launch edition wheels but we never got a similar thing in Australia so paint it is! Now to get some spacers...
Picked up a (new-to-me) 2019 in yellow the other week, upgrading from my ND1 miata because I wanted more power :p First order of business was cleanup: Removing stickers and the rear Toyota text, bimmercode, dashcam install, wind deflector and hacking in Apple Carplay. It's still got 1.5 years of...
Bumping this - any updates @Twisted Tuning? Seeing it out of stock everywhere, would love to give it a go for minimising wheel hop without going through the effort and NVH of solid diff mounts
Reviving an old thread - do you remember if there was any sound deadening material between the dash and the engine? I'm looking to do the exact opposite of you, allowing as much engine sound to enter the cabin as possible while keeping road noise to a minimum :p
