The dealer will not get any updates at all from Toyota when it is on a qc hold. It is just as frustrating for them as it is for you. It happens here and there for all models and there isn't anything your dealer can do to speed it up.

that was just the NY market for the last 3 months of the year is what their sheet says, mainly any launch with Toyota is going to start slow so I wouldn't read into any sales projections for one area for a short time as what to expect. But I would expect it to be hard to get a GR.

Hard to really say, not really a sedan. Will say it will be luxurious like a Crown normally is. I imagine they will show it off overseas first, but it should be the same.

Looks to be correct on the Red interior, 2.0 still an option, A91 Special edition looks to be in White, Yellow, and Matte Gray. Not much else I can see as that is just off the order screen as they do not give any real info other than pkg codes.

Was told by Toyota that the MSRP will be reduced by the price of the spoiler and when it becomes available in 2021, the price the MSRP is reduced by will be the price of the rear spoiler.

From the dealer side of things phantom has always been on the preference screen for my21, Downshift Blue unfortunately hasn't been there at all.

That looks the same on my end with no Downshift blue, I missed that first time I looked. That sucks as we just sold one in that color at my store and it is beautiful. Every day people would come in and say "I usually don't like blue cars but I like that".
