if the shop didn't install properly and now the OEM are off the car, what is the best way to correct the situation?

got the parts installed at local workshop, specialists on German cars. No issues after the installations. the issue started after wheel alignment.. the camber and toe were matching on both sides.. could it be something to do with caster?
