  1. A90 Supra engines and parts diagrams (all) revealed!

Yeah, my car is wingless too........ To me, a wingless JZA80 that is tastefully modded looks like a late 90's/early 2000's Aston Martin, which is definitely not a bad thing.
  2. Revealed: Undisguised Interior and other cool shots of the New Toyota Supra from Nurburgring !

Just as an example, here's a modded Supra (driven by a dude with iron testicles) running down a Radical SR3 on the Burgerkingring: And he says his suspension setup is pretty straight-forward/simple.
  3. A90 Supra engines and parts diagrams (all) revealed!

As an owner of a 2J Supra (and two other JZ-powered cars, look at my sig)....that seems really silly to me. I'm very much looking forward to the B58 engine. The iron-block 2JZ is a god damn boat anchor. I'm sure the compact and lighter aluminum B58 has major impacts on handling dynamics...

I downloaded all the images from the opening post, zipped them, and attached the ZIP, for archival purposes and convenience to the members.
  5. New (Unconfirmed) Details and Specifications of US-Spec MKV Supra:

I'm a SLIGHT exception because I bought my Supra for RIDICULOUSLY cheap ($800) and when I'm finished will probably have a 600hp car @ ~$20k total invested. But for guys who have VERY clean high-value cars with very little mods? Maybe they want something newer. I think a manual trans, 450hp MkV @...
  6. New (Unconfirmed) Details and Specifications of US-Spec MKV Supra:

This actually makes me think that......I don't know ANY "car guys" who buy cars brand new. Not one. Even the late 30's defense contractor types making $150k/yr bought their R35 GT-R's or their BMW 6 series used. One in particular had an Evo 7 for a daily....and an 1100hp RB26-swapped Silvia S15...
  7. New (Unconfirmed) Details and Specifications of US-Spec MKV Supra:

I'm quick to throw shade on Euro maintenance but I genuinely think BMW struck gold with the B58. I'd like to see the same basic engine design but with accessories made by Denso or another big Japanese supplier who designs parts with the longest MTBF (Mean Time Before Failure) possible. Then we...
  8. New (Unconfirmed) Details and Specifications of US-Spec MKV Supra:

IRON BLOCK?!?!?! Dammit. Part of what I like about the B58 is the aluminum block. These damn iron JZ engines are stupid-heavy and suffer from heat soak. I really want a bullet-proof aluminum I6 -- an alternative to LS-swapping cars. Those Chevy small blocks are the perfect combination of light...
  9. New (Unconfirmed) Details and Specifications of US-Spec MKV Supra:

It's a sport-oriented Grand Tourer, Japanese-style. If you like V12 FR Ferraris or Aston Martins, but don't need all the Euro-snobbery/luxury/maintenance headaches, or the extra six cylinders. It's an everyman's sports car, like a Corvette, but with an efficient, small displacement turbo engine...
  10. New (Unconfirmed) Details and Specifications of US-Spec MKV Supra:

I'm not a fan of BMW parts, but I **HOPE** that Toyota is using BMW's B58 engine for the new Supra, at least the bottom end. If so, I wouldn't worry too much about the factory power levels. The engine's closed deck block design is robust and I really think it might shape us as the "aluminum...
