AFAIK, the only aftermarket valve cover is the aluminum VTT one, and I guess Visconti that deletes or deletes the stock PCV from the valve cover.
Some people have run the VTT valve cover just fine, but it requires catch cans to vent PCV and CCV.
It shouldn't be too hard, BMW guys have been doing it for a while. The only issue is that it might require an FSC. If it does, out of luck. Can't flash it over the DME with E-Sys if it requires an FSC. If it doesn't though, it'll be a cool OEM plus tune that doesn't really void the warrantee for...
Steel 'clone' or of the Boostlogic exhaust. Same thing as the GTHaus one swrdply400mrelay mentioned (GTHaus are just rebranded Alibaba exhausts).

Supposedly CSF kit does not reduce heat soak as much if at all compared to stock.
Only reason you see it everywhere is because they send it to āinfluencersā for free on builds.
if you *had* to get a new heat exchanger for whatever Iād probably say PWR, or maybe Forge.
I havenāt changed mine...
Yeah, the general use is that they hold more clutches but also in high torque application, the cast aluminum E hubs tend to break when launched. I think in track applications itās fine.
E clutch hub on the autos fail when launched with high torque. Thereās a few references of it happening on...
Pure and ATS trans upgrades are auto only, not intended for manual.
For reference though to answer the question, they replace the failure prone E and C clutch hubs, added friction discs on C and E to hold torque, and machined pistons to accommodate clearance.
My car only threw the airbag error, I didnāt have to code out the seat position for whatever reason. I ran resistors for a while until I needed to code out the drivers wheel airbag for something else.
3.3 1 watt works fine but youāll still have a restraint error if your car has the seat...
I swapped my stock seats out for a set of Bride seats. In my opinion more pronounced bolsters, as well as a lower seating position was a nice quality of life change on auto cross and spirited drives.
The stock seats are fine though. I think the only annoying thing is how the headrest is...
AFAIK
Probably have to go big turbo on something like MS109 since itās more energy dense. Be it stock frame or aftermarket.
As a general principle, you add more ethanol to increase octane when pushing a turbo out of its efficiency range.
The more ethanol youāre running means the more your...
Reflex integration with Custom Code recently dropped on MG Flasher. Will move over to a custom tune and Reflex with PI sometime soon and report my results.
Anyone have an idea where the lower bar bolts into? Assuming top part either goes where the factory bar goes, either Cusco or USM, but I can't figure out if the bottom part bolts into existing places, or if Toyota/BMW added a dedicated spot for it.
Itās pushing 100hp per cylinder on the 3 cyl GRC that runs about 20+ psi boost. The car is going to be octane limited with little headroom.
Anyway I donāt get why people still dog on the Supra for being a āBMWā. The G series are boats. The Supra is the lightest and cheapest B58 platform to get...
AFAIK only one currently selling an IWG kit is Big Boost. Doc Race also had EFR but as long as you're using a T4 turbo it should still work minus the downpipe v-band. They supposedly are willing to sell the old EFR EWG kits but they ghosted me twice on further inquiry.
Anyway, any regular turbo...
I get the sentiment of the earlier days when the Femto unlock process was still really new, and the only way of getting a hold of femto was through their Instagram. It seems a lot more reassuring to send your DME to essentially get hand delivered, than by courier to an address dropped on...
No quantitative data. Useful in particular other than that the IATs were low enough to switch from using meth kits for cooling. That, and nothing has failed yet.
Definitely hyped to see OPs experience on the manifold assuming itās not a shill.
A couple of guys out here run the manifold, no one has mentioned any sort of bad effects coming from them.
Donāt know if I would take the risk of any of the welds failing on a W2A integrated manifold/intercooler.
