the first video sounds like your throttle valve duty cycle, since you Recoded and pulled a fuse I wonder if the idle control has to relearn this could cause the duty cycle to increase and the motor be louder than normal , or like THRAXBERT said could also be something like a electronic water...
you could be experiencing a calibration issue with the ADAS system iF the car is lowered or ride height is modified in anyway, a wheel alignment and SAS calibration wont resolve issues related to ADAS, these errors could be intermittent. also YAW angle couls be out of spec too,
