I had the same issue.\nTook me a few weeks, but we figured it out on the pure 800 Turbo. Where the exhaust flap is that exhaust hole has to be trembled out bigger. It exhausts flaps whole is stock size. The Turbo's making too much power and not releasing enough exhaust gasses. That is why...

After reinstalling the sensor and harness wire did you have to recalibrate anything?
