    How did you go about finding a DV appraiser? Not sure if I should look for a lawyer or just do it myself with an appraisal.

    My car was not totaled - $25k estimated in repairs so far and probably another 2 months wait after 1 month of it sitting at the shop. Did you go through your own insurance or their insurance?

    I got rear ended on the highway last Thursday after the traffic in front of me suddenly stopped.... You guys think this is fixable or she is just gone ? ? Also anyone have any advice for me on claiming diminished value? First time owning a car like this and getting into this kind of accident.
